UX/UI Design

UX/UI Design for your digital product, from research to launch

Users decide in the first minutes. Digital product design is the work behind that decision: research, user flows, interfaces, and the design system that holds them together.

About this service

Our team does digital product design end to end, from the first user interview to production UI. We map how people move through a product, design each screen, and hand engineers a design system they can build from.

Teams Whose Products We've Designed

Many of these teams came for one product and stayed to build the next.

Product Design Across Industries

What counts as a good interface depends on who's using it: a shopper in a flagship, a contractor on a renovation, a reader following an expedition.

Our UX Design Process

L+R researches first, designs against what it finds, and keeps its designers on the build through engineering and QA.

Before You Hire A UX Design Agency

Scope, the handoff, internal platforms, and redesigning products already in use.

  • We're a design and technology studio, and UX is where our product work begins: user research, information architecture, journey mapping, interface design, and the design system engineers build from. OceanX's site is one example: unveiled during the 2025 UN Ocean Conference, it went on to be a 2025 Anthem Awards finalist for Digital Experience in Sustainability. When the problem covers every touchpoint of a service, customer experience design takes it on.

  • Yes, through engineering and QA. Our designers work next to the engineers building their screens and check the product on real devices before it ships. Questions come up halfway through every build, and the designer who made the screens is there to answer them.

  • Yes. Dashboards, internal tools, and enterprise workflows have their own page: platform UX/UI design. It's the same discipline with a different brief, built for hours of daily use more than first impressions.

  • Yes, and the first rule is to protect what already works. A live product carries habits people have learned, flows they like, performance they expect, and pages that already earn their traffic. We measure all of that before we move anything, and changes ship in stages, so people can keep working the way they’re used to. Tell us what you're weighing and we'll start with that audit.
