At Meta Connect 2024, L+R and Meta introduced Media View, an open-source spatial application designed to view various media types on the Quest. Developed in collaboration with Meta, Media View leverages the newly released Meta Spatial SDK, allowing mobile developers and product design teams to create immersive, spatial applications for Quest.

This launch marks a significant milestone for L+R, pioneers in the field of applied emerging technologies for their clients, who initially entered the virtual reality space with their early VR prototyping tool LookSee VR in 2017. Building on that foundation, L+R continues to push the boundaries of spatial computing, applying their decade-long expertise in mobile design and development to this next wave of innovation. This announcement follows Alex Queudot’s panel at Meta Connect 2024, where he highlighted the practical applications of Meta’s Spatial SDK.
