Estée Lauder Companies and L+R win 2 Platinum Hermes Creative Awards for the ELC Learning Hub

The Hermes Creative Awards is an international competition for creative professionals working in conventional and experimental media development, writing, and design that Hermes first established in 2000. The Hermes Creative Awards recognize outstanding industry efforts while simultaneously promoting the virtues of marketing and communication specialists. This year, the ELC Learning Hub, developed in collaboration with L+R, has been named a Platinum winner in the E-Learning/Online Training category of The Hermes Creative Awards.

The ELC Learning Hub is a one-of-a-kind online learning platform that provides Estée Lauder Companies employees access to various E-learning courses and resources. The platform aims to improve employee engagement and development by delivering training materials more efficiently.

In the world of digital learning, design-agnostic, democratized experiences geared towards broad audiences across industries are standard fare. But, as a leading prestige beauty company and world-class learning organization, The Estée Lauder Companies' needed a learning platform that captured and communicated its ethos. The ELC Learning Hub accomplishes this goal with a thoughtful, beautiful, and inclusive UI and an engaging UX worthy of employees around the world. The platform was built on top of a Learning Management System with over 18,000 courses and translated into 17 languages.

It is an honor to be recognized with a Platinum Award for the ELC Learning Hub. The Hermes Creative Awards is a prestigious competition that recognizes excellence in marketing and communication. This award is a testament to the hard work and dedication of the team that worked on this project, as well as the commitment of Estée Lauder Companies to providing employees with access to quality training and development resources.

The Hermes Creative Awards is an international competition featuring professionals' creative technological work. With more than 6,500 entries this year, L+R and Estee Lauder Companies are humbled to take home the highest honor with a Platinum award. The Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals (AMCP) manages and judges the awards.
