First Alert, a well-known leader in home safety and security systems, wanted to create a seamless experience for the next-generation connected home. After acquiring Luma, creator of the first intelligent WiFi mesh system, First Alert needed to integrate the new technology with its current product offerings. The company turned to L+R for its expertise and strategy.

L+R supported the First Alert product team by creating a seamless digital customer experience, which was designed to protect customers’ homes from both physical dangers, such as carbon monoxide poisoning, fire, and burglary, as well as digital dangers like cyberattacks, device viruses, inappropriate content.
