Spireworks has powered over 500 special lighting events, facilitated 19 million lighting interactions, and supported more than 75 causes. It has been featured in The Wall Street Journal and was a Red Dot Design Award winner for Spatial Communication.
The application also acts as an exclusive amenity for The Durst Organization’s commercial and residential tenants. Spireworks allows 40,000 users to control the architectural lighting of some of New York’s most iconic skyscrapers. The platform has powered 19 million lighting interactions, supported 75+ causes, and facilitated over 500 special lighting events—blending civic engagement, social activism, and cutting-edge digital placemaking.
